Mark and I went to serve in Ecuador as needgreaters in 2008. Our daughter Amanda joined us in 2010 and is serving in the Chinese group in Cuenca. Aaron, our son has also taken on the challenge of learning the language and culture of this beautiful land and arrived in July 2011.
We had to return to New Zealand in 2012 but have arranged things to be able to return to Ecuador August 2013

Finally - Fish and Chips on the Beach
3 days before we go and finally we make time for the best NZ experience - Fish and Chips on the beach (or in a Kiwi accent - Fush and Chups). It made us all jump for joy... or was it just the overload of fat coursing through our veins?
Slip some of that tasty fush and chups in the suitcase....um guess not, maybe they'll stink by the time they get here. Sure looks delicious. Glad you are having a good time. Have a safe trip back to EC.
