Needgreaters Anonymous Meeting

We had lunch with these two families on Thursday and because Becky interviewed us for her Blog site - we returned the favor.

All these folks have been very encouraging and supportive of us and we are thankful to have found such good friends.

Actually the Rulla family are our neighbors and we should be in their congregation - we will wait till the co comes though to discuss moving. Becky and Mark are in another congo again. We all use the same hall though so that gives you an idea about how close they are.

Hi Alice and Terry - nice to get your comments as always xxx

I used to be a need greater in the El Cabo congregation but I left Ecuador in 1998. I also served in La Toma, Loja and Quero, Tungurahua congs. I've completely lost touch with the friends in these halls... if anyone can update me on how things are going there, I'd appreciate it. Lance - eljee6741@yahoo.com

Hello. Great Blog. I am interested in the needgreater service. Wanted to know if you can give me an Idea of what monthly expenses are like for a needgreater living in the countryside or small town? Thank for your help.

Hi Candace
Cuenca is the most expensive placein Ecuador to live and one day we will have to downsize and go out to a smaller country town. The only problem with that is we would need a car!
So we probably spend around $800 USD a month as a family of 3 but this could be halved if we lived anywhere else!
Maybe we will meet you here some day?
Saludos a todos en su congregation!

Hi Lance
Sorry to say I have no idea where these congos are - but if I come across anyone from them I will get the info for you.

Hello,

I have read your comments and wanted to know if you can assist? My husband and I are "moving over into Macedonia" so to speak! We have looked at Puerto Cortez, Honduras and other countries like Ecuador,Chili,Panama. Does anyone have any ideas for us? We have written the branch (US) and awaiting a return letter. Our income will be $1200 or so a month. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO RESPOND TO MY EMAIL. bdavidsonpilot@yahoo.com
Any ideas are welcome!
