Mark and I went to serve in Ecuador as needgreaters in 2008. Our daughter Amanda joined us in 2010 and is serving in the Chinese group in Cuenca. Aaron, our son has also taken on the challenge of learning the language and culture of this beautiful land and arrived in July 2011.
We had to return to New Zealand in 2012 but have arranged things to be able to return to Ecuador August 2013
Okay we are going to have to rate your E news, Whilst we totally loved it, Maddy was not amused! She saw the guniea pigs alive and said I want one yum, but when the next picture showed it cooking she went very GLUM!LOL It was neat seeing you guys in action, but don't have a lot to say about the attractions! Can see it is the love of the brothers & sisters that make living there worthwhile. Despite the hardships and lifestlyes they still manage to SMILE! It is because of your love for Jehovah you all share, the hospitality & humbleness wish we were there! Thanks to your E news and pictures you send to us here, It is great being part of your spanishland affair! Briefly it was awesome having Amanda & Aaron here for a few days, They are looking after Nana while Ann is away. Ann girl my friend you have got a lot of catching up to do, See you at the meeting tuesday I will have my eyes on you!!! Keep up the great work you both. Arohanuixxxxx

The book study group has not changed my dear, We have the CO visiting for 1 more week here! Have some real good news to share, we are having 3 sisters moving in who are regular pioneers! I could have warned maddy about the next picture, but it saved me by saying no and giving her a lecture! But she said something to our surprise, and said they will be fine in Paradise! HOLA - I am back but not with a vengence so don't be glum We are back from up north to check up on my mum Those girls Amanda and Tania did very well But they ate all the food of that I could tell Coz when I looked the cupbaords were bear Glad they don't like my clothes or I'd have nothing to wear No just kidding they did just fine So well did they do - I will leave them another time Yes Alice old girl will see you tomorrow night So must get the book read then 'she'll be right' So goodnight to you all I'm off to the kitchen or go to the bathroom to find a cream to stop the itchin I don't really have an itch I was just pretending trying to find an excuse to finish this poem and be sending it down the airwaves and thus over the seas then hopefully Alica old girl will think I am the bees knees! nah its time I got into the dishes but in the meantime our very best wishes are sent to you each one of you reading this blogsite Alice you and I really must lay off it coz it isn't quite right to give all those readers entertainment galore I will check in later and see if you have written some more!
